1. Eligibility & Account Opening

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and place bets on yellowbet-kenya.com. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

1.2 The service is available to residents of Kenya and other jurisdictions where online sports betting is legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that using our services is legal in your jurisdiction.

1.3 You may only operate one account. Opening duplicate accounts may result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

1.4 YellowBet Kenya is licensed and regulated by the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya (BCLB). Licence number available upon request.

1.5 You must provide accurate personal information at registration. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time using third-party KYC services.

2. Account Rules

• Your account login credentials are personal and must not be shared with any third party
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether or not authorised by you
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected]
• Accounts must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name only
• You must not use your account for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering
• Accounts showing signs of bonus abuse, matched betting syndicates, or arbitrage will have winnings voided and accounts restricted

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: KES 100
• Accepted methods: M-Pesa, Airtel Money, credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard)
• Deposits are credited instantly in most cases; card deposits may take up to 1 business day
• No fees charged on deposits by YellowBet Kenya (mobile money provider charges may apply)

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: KES 200
• Maximum single withdrawal: KES 1,000,000
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit (anti-money laundering requirement)
• Standard processing time: within 24 hours for verified accounts
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed
• We reserve the right to request additional identity documents before processing withdrawals exceeding KES 50,000

4. Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation is not possible after confirmation
• Minimum single bet stake: KES 10. Maximum: varies by market, shown at time of placement
• YellowBet Kenya reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds (e.g. a typographical error resulting in odds that do not reflect the true market)
• In the event of an event abandonment, postponement, or incomplete match, void rules apply as per each sport's specific betting rules
• Live/in-play bets are accepted at the odds shown at the time of confirmation. Late acceptance is not guaranteed
• Accumulator bets: all selections must win. One void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg (treated as a winning selection)

5. Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, IP address, and payment method
• YellowBet Kenya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time
• Bonus abuse (including placing opposing bets to guarantee completion of wagering requirements) will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure
• Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other ongoing promotions have individual terms available on the bonuses page
• Free spins are credited within 24 hours of first deposit qualifying and expire after 7 days if unused

6. Casino Rules

• Casino games are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Game rules are available within each game
• In the event of technical failure during a casino game, all incomplete rounds are voided and the stake returned
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification. Maximum jackpot payment: KES 50,000,000 per player per jackpot event
• Casino free spins have a maximum winning cap of KES 2,000 per free spins pack, subject to individual promotion terms

7. Responsible Gambling

YellowBet Kenya is committed to promoting responsible gambling. 8. Account Suspension & Closure

YellowBet Kenya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of: fraudulent activity; incorrect information; multiple accounts; suspicious betting patterns; breach of these Terms; or regulatory requirement. On permanent closure, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

YellowBet Kenya is not liable for: any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or indirect losses arising from use of our service; technical malfunctions outside our reasonable control; or the accuracy of third-party data (such as live scores or statistics). Our maximum aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you with us during that period.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or connected with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts. YellowBet Kenya is regulated by the BCLB and operates under Kenyan betting law. Any complaints should first be directed to [email protected]. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the BCLB. YellowBet Kenya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
